Fourth place in the SAE AeroDesign East competition

Once again, the Urubus AeroDesign team showed its continuous improvement, but this time at an international level.
In the national competition we went from 6th (2011), to 4th (2012), to 2nd (2013) and to 1st (2014). And now, at the international level, we went from 6th last year to 4th place!! These positions in just two years participating in the SAE Aero Design East competition! Always overcoming challenges, and overcoming obstacles that seemed insurmountable, especially due to transportation, material and financial problems.
We want to thank everyone who has supported us until today, and finally we close another cycle with a lot of learning and satisfaction.
Congratulations to Uirá Aerodesign for second place overall in the Regular class! They deserved so much!
Congratulations Trem Ki Voa Micro UFSJ for the second place overall in the Micro class!
Congratulations to the Car-kará Aerodesign team that, despite not being able to attend the awards, won the Best Flight Path in the Advanced class. Brazil shining as always in the East.
We have the duty and the satisfaction of thanking all those who came to visit the workshop, asked us to see pictures of the planes (and videos of them flying), who asked us "but does this really fly?" or else "but did you do it yourself? Did you design it and everything?". To all of you who gave us an encouraging pat on the back, shared a post on the page, and who contributed to our campaign:

Many, many, many thanks! This award belongs to all of us! Doing this whole project from scratch in less than 3 months was a huge challenge, but we would do it all over again. The support of each one of you was essential.
Thanks to you, the Urubus family keeps growing.
